Booking Information

In order to secure your spot on a future trip that is available for purchase, an initial deposit is offered. This deposit is nonrefundable since several steps need to be taken in order to secure your spot. We handle all the reservations. Once you make a deposit, you will be added to our list of attendees and be locked in on a room/bed. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

*Private room options are limited availability and will be reserved for those that pay in full on a first come-first serve basis. Please book your reservations in full early to receive your preferred accommodation. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

Travel and flight information

Please double check availability before booking your flight tickets. PPT trips don't include the airfare. We do most often coordinate transportation to and from the airport at additional cost once we get within 60 days of the arrival date. We can have a discussion about the best option for everyone per trip since locations and airports will vary from trip to trip. 

Cancellation Policy

The following is our cancellation policy: There is no refund for arriving late or leaving an adventure early.

Cancel 60 Days Prior to the Retreat Start Date: You can either apply a 100% credit towards another retreat date or get a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $250. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Protection Insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason. 

Cancel 60 Days or Fewer Prior to the Retreat Start Date and There are No Refunds. Again, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason. Click HERE to purchase Travel Protection Insurance through Allianz. 

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to COVID-19, weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance.

Activities

All the activities supplied by PPT carry with them a degree of risk both to people and equipment, even though enjoyed under proper supervision. They are also some activities that require those taking part to have a reasonable standard of health and fitness. 

All clients must inform of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have and any prescribed medication they might be taking prior to booking. 

No one should participate in any activity if they are suffering from a heart condition or are pregnant. 

No client should, in any circumstances, take part in any activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, which may adversely affect their physical abilities.

 Liability Release Form

After reserving your space, we will send out a digital guidebook which will include a Liability Release Form for you to fill out and sign before starting the trip.

There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
