WHY WOULDN’T WE?!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
You will pay a deposit of $150 which will secure your spot out of 16 people total and be credited toward your balance. We will be staying in a cabin near Breckenridge, Colorado. Accommodations will be included in the base price. Base price is estimated to be $799 per person but is subject to change. Once we have at least 10 deposits, we will determine the exact price you can expect to pay. We will send out a notice of the total price and will need at least 8 confirmations in order to proceed with the booking. Confirmations will include an additional $150, which will also go toward your remaining balance. If we do not get at least 8 confirmations, we will halt planning and offer you a credit of your initial $150 deposit to go toward a future trip.
TRANSPORTATION
You will be assigned to a 4x4 vehicle with 3-4 others depending on the size of the vehicle. We will reserve the four-wheel-drive vehicles from Denver. It is about a two hour drive to Breckenridge. We will most likely have 3-4 of these vehicles reserved for our group. Price for the transportation is going to be approximately $250 per person.
LIFT TICKETS
You will have the option to purchase lift tickets for 1,2, or 3 days at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Lift Tickets are on average around $200 per day. You may choose to come on the trip and opt out of skiing or snowboarding all together and that’s completely okay with us! Lift tickets will be an “add-on” since some people already have epic season passes and some will opt out. We will also have snow tubing one evening on the itinerary as an add-on.
ARRIVE EARLY FOR A NIGHT OF FUN IN DENVER
You will have the option to fly into Denver International Airport a day early for a fun filled night of pickleball and games. We plan to have a local event in Englewood, Colorado at the Sporty Pickle. The Sporty Pickle has indoor pickleball courts, cornhole, darts, food, and drinks! You will spend the night in a hotel in Denver to follow (we will have a room block available to book). If you do not plan to come in a day early, we will require you to fly in NO LATER THAN 11AM THE MORNING OF THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRIP! We will then travel to our accommodations in Breckenridge together.

The deposit will secure your spot for our February 2025 Ski/Snowboard Trip and will be applied toward your balance. Exact dates and pricing will be determined once 10 deposits are made. If we do not get 8 confirmations once exact dates and pricing are released, we will credit your deposit for a future trip. If we do get at least 8 confirmations with the payment of an additional $150, we will confirm the trip and will start collecting payments. Payments may be made via the website, venmo, or zelle and must be paid in full 30 days prior to the trip. You must have at least 75% of your trip paid for by 60 days out from the start date of the trip.
